General Laborer

We are seeking a dependable General Laborer to work in a cold or refrigerated environment. This role involves performing physical tasks to support daily operations, including loading, unloading, organizing, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work in cold temperatures, and capable of performing repetitive physical work.
Key Responsibilities

Load, unload, and move products and materials
Pick, pack, and organize items for storage or shipment
Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with general warehouse or production tasks as assigned
Work Environment

Cold or refrigerated temperatures (protective clothing provided as required)
Standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods
Fast-paced, physically demanding work
Requirements

Ability to work in cold conditions for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 4050 lbs (with or without assistance)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
No prior experience required (training provided)
Schedule

Full-time
May include weekends, early mornings, or overnight shifts
