Regional VP Sales & Marketing - Americas, San Diego

Required immediately, permanent. Responsibilities include ownership of Americas (AMA) business strategy for Sales and Marketing, leadership and mentoring for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development employees, overseeing daily operations, including overall responsibility for company's employees, shared with Operational Regional VP, internal and external representation of the company, leadership in cross-department collaboration, signature authority in accordance with group signature rules and local legal requirements, participation in congatec's strategic planning and decisions, preparation of Americas (AMA) part of company's budget and forecasts, ensuring company compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and other applicable regulations under guidance of corporate compliance, ensuring company compliance with applicable rules and regulations of congatec group, specific department responsibilities: Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. Salary Range: $250,000 - $300,000 On Target Earnings.
