This role is built for a high-performance sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, outbound-driven environments and knows how to create opportunity from scratch. You will be responsible for breaking into automotive dealerships, engaging key decision-makers, and driving the full sales cycle from first contact through close. The position sits within a high-growth SaaS environment focused on delivering technology solutions tailored to the automotive retail ecosystem. Success in this role requires strong pipeline discipline, consistent outbound activity, and the ability to translate complex SaaS capabilities into clear business value for dealership operators. It is a remote, performance-driven environment where ownership, speed, and results directly shape earning potential and career growth.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle within the automotive dealership market. You will actively prospect, engage stakeholders, and close deals while maintaining a disciplined and data-driven pipeline approach. You will also play a key role in representing the solution’s value proposition and ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Drive new business through high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, email, and social outreach

Engage dealership stakeholders including GMs, Dealer Principals, and ownership groups

Conduct structured discovery calls and deliver tailored product demonstrations

Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and closing

Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and activity targets

Build multi-threaded relationships across dealership organizations to accelerate deal velocity

Requirements
This role requires proven success in outbound SaaS sales, ideally within the automotive dealership ecosystem. Strong communication, negotiation, and pipeline management skills are essential, along with a competitive, self-driven mindset suited for high-performance sales environments. Candidates should be comfortable operating autonomously while maintaining disciplined execution.

2+ years of inside sales experience selling SaaS or CRM solutions into automotive dealerships

Proven success in high-volume outbound (“hunter”) sales environments

Strong understanding of dealership operations or automotive retail dynamics (preferred)

Excellent cold calling and objection-handling skills with the ability to reach decision-makers

Ability to clearly articulate ROI and business impact to non-technical stakeholders

Strong organizational skills with consistent pipeline and activity management
