Brand Designer & Video Editor
We're looking for a Brand Designer & Video Editor who can balance creativity with performance. You will be responsible for designing brand-consistent visuals and producing high-volume, high-quality video content across platforms. This role is hands-on and output-driven, requiring a designer-editor hybrid who thrives in a fast-moving environment and delivers results every single week. This is not just an execution role. We want someone who contributes to creative direction, collaborates in brainstorms, and constantly looks for ways to make content more engaging, impactful, and performance-driven.
Role KPI
Deliver at least 5 carousels, 21 reels, and 4 long-form YouTube videos weekly error-free with 99% on-time delivery while ensuring brand consistency and measurable impact on engagement and conversions.
Strategic Work
Deliver visually compelling, high-volume, performance-driven creative output that fuels campaigns and promotions.
Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all assets.
Collaborate with marketing team to align creative work with business growth goals.
Contribute to creative strategy by suggesting improvements, experiments, and new formats.
Track creative performance data to refine design and video outputs.
Ensure deadlines are consistently met while maintaining professional quality standards.
Collaborate with marketing team to translate campaign briefs into impactful designs.
Ensure 99% of creative deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards without rework.
Contribute innovative ideas to improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
Tactical Work
Design and publish at least 5 carousels weekly for social media campaigns.
Edit and deliver at least 21 reels weekly optimized for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
Edit and produce at least 4 long-form YouTube videos weekly with captions, transitions, and consistent branding.
Create event flyers, ad banners, and promotional visuals for ongoing campaigns.
Support course content by cleaning and enhancing recorded videos for clarity and brand alignment.
Maintain organized files and share deliverables promptly through Google Drive and Trello.
Revise and refine creative work within 48 hours of receiving feedback.
Submit weekly creative performance reports (deadlines met, rework avoided, engagement impact).
Respond to all internal communication within 24 hours.
Performance Expectations (First 90 Days)
Complete onboarding and review brand guidelines.
Deliver weekly creative outputs on schedule (5 carousels, 21 reels, 4 long-form videos).
Collaborate on at least 1 live campaign project.
Maintain consistent delivery of all weekly creative KPIs.
Achieve a minimum 95% on-time delivery rate without quality rework.
Maintain full ownership of creative deliverables with minimal supervision.
Demonstrate measurable impact on engagement and campaign conversions.
What We're Looking For
Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work.
At least 1 year of marketing design experience (SaaS, B2C, or content-driven business preferred).
Proficiency in at least one major design tool (Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW).
Strong video editing skills using CapCut (bonus points for DaVinci Resolve or motion graphics).
Ability to work at scale — consistently producing high-volume creative assets without sacrificing quality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment with multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
Strategic mindset: not just a technician, but a creative partner who understands performance-driven design.

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000
Internet Stipend: ₦30,000 per month

Education / Certifications
Minimum:
SSCE with a professional certificate.
Experience:
At least 1 year of graphic design, video editing, or content production experience
Experience creating social media content for marketing, SaaS, education, or B2C brands preferred
