Graphic Designer As the Graphic Designer you will design and produce original visual and multimedia materials in support of Enrollment Management marketing and communication efforts, with a primary focus on new student recruitment and enrollment initiatives. This is a full-time (100% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible. Monthly Salary: $4,061.90- $6,092.84 | Commensurate with experience and qualifications. Required Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multi-media, printing technology, or related field AND a minimum of three (3) years full-time experience in concept development and design of high quality promotional materials. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis. Experience working with digital publishing and graphic design software including Adobe InDesign, Canva, WordPress, PowerPoint, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of accessible design principles for all forms of media created. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with principles, practices and techniques of digital art, graphic design, layout and illustration. Experience working in a higher education or similar institutional setting. Experience using an established design system to create new work. Experience using project management tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong communication skills with non-design stakeholders. Comfort receiving and incorporating feedback. Ability to balance creativity with institutional branding constraints.
