The Product Director position is a core member of the SPRAVATO® brand marketing team and will be responsible for developing and implementing personal promotion strategies supporting the TRD indication in the U.S. market.

Position: Product Director – Professional Promotion (Full‑time, 3 days in office, 20% domestic travel)

Responsibilities

  • Own the development and implementation of SPRAVATO®’s healthcare professional strategic messaging roadmap across personal promotional channels.
  • Lead executional healthcare professional brand strategy and tactical pull‑through by working with medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance colleagues.
  • Partner with sales representatives, sales leadership, and sales training to ensure optimal training on assets and provide guidance on executional priorities.
  • Lead competitive strategy development and support organizational pull‑through.
  • Lead and manage the agency of record as well as other agencies to develop and execute marketing strategy, the tactical plan, and tactical content development.
  • Provide strategic direction and partner with the Insights and Analytics team to generate actionable insights and analytics that inform marketing strategies, tactics, and performance measurement.
  • Be a connector across SPRAVATO® cross‑functional teams and other J&J Neuroscience brands to meet evolving business needs and support a culture of collaboration.
  • Champion a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree in related field a plus.
  • At least 5 years of relevant business experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, access, managed care, or related fields.
  • Strong marketing proficiency, project management, and executive communication skills, with demonstrated presentation experience.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and drive impactful cross‑functional collaboration in large groups.
  • Experience leading multiple agencies/partners and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in the Titusville, NJ office 3 days a week and travel up to 20% domestically.
  • Commitment to learning emerging technologies such as AI, through exploration, iteration, and application.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay range: $122,000.00 – $212,750.00 annually.
  • Long‑term incentive program participation.
  • Retirement plan (pension) and 401(k) savings plan.
  • Paid time off: 120 hours vacation, 40–48‑56 hours sick time (state dependent), 13 days holiday pay, up to 40 hours personal/family time, 480 hours parental leave, 240 hours bereavement leave, 80 hours caregiver leave, 32 hours volunteer leave, 80 hours military spouse time‑off.
