Responsibilities
Operationalize ANI’s total rewards strategy by aligning compensation, benefits, and recognition to business goals, workforce plans, and budgets.
Advise HR Business Partners and business leaders on rewards decisions (offers, promotions, retention, job architecture), balancing competitiveness, internal equity, and pay transparency.
Lead semi-annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity/LTIs as applicable), including process design, communications, training, and stakeholder management.
Drive market pricing, benchmarking, and pay equity analyses; interpret external survey data (e.g., Radford) and recommend structure/program changes with clear business impact.
Partner with benefits vendors to evaluate program design, employee experience, and cost trends; develop recommendations and business cases.
Create executive-ready reporting and storytelling (dashboards, scorecards, narratives).
Use AI and advanced analytics to automate analyses, detect anomalies, and draft communications/decision summaries (with review and controls).
Partner with HRIS, Payroll, and Finance to ensure data quality, process controls, scalable workflows across systems (Oracle and ADP preferred), and audit readiness.
Support compliance and risk management for total rewards, partnering with Legal; support audits and disclosures.
Manage and continuously improve recognition and engagement programs; measure effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s in economics, finance, business, liberal arts, or related field.
5+ years progressive experience in total rewards, benefits, compensation, HR, finance, or consulting.
Ability to influence leaders and present to senior stakeholders with business-oriented recommendations.
Benefits management experience (insurance providers, enrollment, understanding offerings).
Experience with compensation structures, job evaluation/job architecture, benchmarking, and pay equity analysis; familiarity with Radford.
Advanced Excel required; Power BI (or similar) strongly preferred.
Familiarity/curiosity with generative AI and analytics tools; apply judgment, confidentiality, and review standards.
HRIS/Payroll and cross-functional process design experience; Oracle HRIS and ADP preferred.
Strong project/change management and process improvement; manage multiple priorities.
High integrity and discretion; strong collaboration.
Benefits/Compensation
Base salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 (exact depends on experience, skills, education, location, competencies, and knowledge).
Eligible benefits include health insurance, life/disability insurance, retirement savings, paid leave, paid holidays, and paid time off; many are subsidized or fully paid.
