Our client is seeking a creative and strategic marketing professional to lead integrated marketing and communications initiatives that elevate brand awareness, strengthen community engagement, and support a growing nonprofit organization. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital marketing, content development, public relations, social media, and brand communications.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies.
Manage digital marketing, website content, email campaigns, and social media.
Create compelling content that strengthens brand awareness and community engagement.
Lead public relations, media outreach, and organizational communications.
Partner with leadership to promote programs, events, fundraising, and community initiatives.
Track campaign performance and use analytics to guide marketing decisions.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing and communications experience.
Experience developing digital marketing campaigns, content strategy, and brand messaging.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience with social media, email marketing, website management, and marketing analytics.
Nonprofit, healthcare, education, or mission-driven experience is a plus.
