Internship Details

Video/Content Editor Intern for Euro Staffs in San Diego, CA, United States. This full‑time on‑site position runs for Fall2026 (semester or 2quarters). It is an unpaid internship offered for academic credit. The intern will work ~12hours per week with a flexible schedule that we design together. You will be based in the office in SanDiego and will be out in the city working with the team.

Hello San Diego is a local lifestyle and discovery brand that shares a team with Routt Home Team (real‑estate) and Hello Scale (a local marketing agency). The internship covers consumer content, real‑estate education, and B2B marketing. The crew ships a lot of work weekly and is committed to authentic, real SanDiegan tone.
Responsibilities

Write reel scripts, drafting two hooks per video for A/B testing.
Cut captured footage into reels, TikToks, Shorts across our three video formats—B‑roll, pacing for retention, and burned‑in on‑screen captions.
Draft post captions using our five‑beat structure to align cut and copy.
Edit long‑form YouTube videos (neighborhood and area guides), help script them, and keep them performing for years.
Help shape the story before a single clip is shot.
Qualifications

Experienced in video editing with tools such as CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or similar.
Understand the importance of a hook, can feel when a cut is dragging.Pay close attention to details—clean captions, tight pacing, appropriate sound.
Desired: ability to take internship for credit through your university.
