The Role
As a Media Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in launching paid media campaigns, analyzing results, and making data‑driven decisions to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Our hands‑on Medley:Onramp training program will teach you everything you need to know about platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok, plus the strategies that make them work.

Responsibilities

Build, optimize, and manage campaigns across top platforms. Learn how to target audiences, A/B test ad copy, and measure success using metrics such as CPM, CPC, CPV, and CPA.

Develop the ability to interpret complex data and share insights that matter in reports or client conversations, telling a clear story with numbers.

Work with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Analytics, using formulas and functions to uncover trends, solve problems, and deliver results.

Qualifications

Have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.3.

Have a passion for marketing and advertising, along with a desire to dig deeper into what makes good advertising great.

Possess a solid working knowledge of spreadsheets (basic functions and at least one advanced formula).

Enjoy working with data, numbers, rates and interpreting their impact on clients and campaigns.

Thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.

Have shown leadership experience, e.g., captained a team, led a student organization, or completed group projects.

Have a drive to keep learning and growing, asking “what’s next?”

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range: $58,000 - $62,000, depending on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. Eligible for the annual bonus plan based on company performance.
