Website UI/UX Designer

Job Description
GCS Recruitment is seeking a Website UI/UX Designer to work with one of Malta’s leading software companies. The role involves gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components.

Responsibilities

Gathering and evaluating user requirements

Designing graphic user interface elements

Building page navigation buttons and search fields

Developing UI mockups and prototypes

Preparing and presenting rough drafts

Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems

Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback

Liaising with various departments

Qualifications
Possession of a BSc in Design, Computer Science, and/or a relevant field, with previous working experience within a similar role, is required. Sound knowledge in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is considered a plus. The individual must be highly analytical with strong communication and organisational skills. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
