Responsibilities

Plan, submit, review, and finalize approved promotional marketing materials through the PRB (Promotional Review Board) process.
Provide guidance to stakeholders at all stages of the PRB process.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations to schedule PRB meetings and manage expedited submissions.
Coordinate with Production & Distribution (P&D) Specialists on production and dissemination of materials.
Perform quality control on submissions (from and to agencies/reviewers), rectify discrepancies, and maintain workflow files/archives.
Manage daily PRB workflow: receive submissions, triage/check, assign PRB tracking numbers, route to reviewers, track status, and ensure workflow completion.
Create PRB meeting agendas; serve as primary scribe
ote taker and capture outcomes.
Finalize materials and manage Final Production Verification (including FDA 2253 preparation for Regulatory Operations).
Provide PRB process/system guidance to stakeholders (Advocates, Reviewers, Agencies, Regulatory Operations, etc.) and share planning knowledge with other PRB Specialists.
Coordinate with internal teams to track project status and follow up on outstanding submissions.
Support inventory management: stock levels, reorders, 24‑month re‑reviews, inventory reports dissemination, clean‑outs.
May provide training on related SOPs, systems, and procedures.
May coordinate/participate in agency status calls.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; relevant equivalent experience acceptable.
3+ years in development/management of pharmaceutical marketing materials.
Strong leadership, communication, change management, influencing, and networking skills.
Deadline‑oriented; highly organized; detail‑attentive; able to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to follow meeting discussions and capture outcomes.
Meeting facilitation experience desired.
Skilled at identifying critical process events and resolving issues with agencies/suppliers/internal business functions.
Skills
