Onsite Local News Producer: Dynamic Storytelling

The E.W. Scripps Company in San Luis Obispo is looking for a full-time Producer to shape daily news coverage. You will collaborate with a passionate newsroom team to create compelling content that reflects local voices and perspectives.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, exceptional writing skills, and at least 2 years in a newsroom. The role includes developing newscasts, overseeing live broadcasts, and making time-sensitive decisions.
The compensation range is between $24.00 and $25.27 hourly, with extensive benefits including medical, dental, and retirement savings.
