The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of production team leads and assemblers on the shop floor in Oklahoma City, reporting to the Production Manager. This role supports the manufacturing of aerial lift platforms by ensuring smooth production flow and providing SAP support for order confirmation and material movement. The position focuses on meeting daily production targets while maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role that drives continuous improvement through lean practices and strong team support.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and direct daily operations of the production team to meet production schedules, throughput goals, and quality requirements.

Interpret blueprints, specifications, and job orders while assigning duties and balancing production lines to meet customer demand.

Implement and improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality using Lean principles.

Provide SAP/FORCAM support including order confirmations, material issue resolution, and basic production order adjustments.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while driving 5S/WPO practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing and assembly environment.

Proven leadership experience supervising teams in a lean manufacturing setting.

Proficiency with SAP/FORCAM systems for production support and transactions, strong understanding of lean principles, quality standards, and safety protocols.
