Role Overview
WOLFpak is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
Amazon Marketplace Specialist
to help manage and grow our Amazon business across U.S. and international marketplaces.
This role will support Amazon listings, storefronts, inventory, marketplace launches, compliance, advertising, reporting, and overall account performance. The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central, understands how to optimize listings for search and conversion, and has experience placing products into international Amazon channels.
Candidates with proven experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, keyword bidding, budgets, ACoS, TACoS, and campaign optimization, may qualify for a higher compensation range.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Costa Mesa, CA.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Listing Management
Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings across U.S. and international marketplaces, including titles, bullet points, product descriptions, images, keywords, variations, backend search terms, and product attributes.
Amazon Storefront & Brand Content
Manage and maintain Amazon storefronts across applicable marketplaces to ensure consistent branding, strong product presentation, and a clean customer shopping experience.
Support A+ Content, Brand Store updates, collection pages, product modules, and seasonal storefront refreshes.
International Marketplace Expansion
Assist with placing products into international Amazon channels, including the UK, EU, Canada, Australia, and other regions as needed.
Support international listing setup, pricing, catalog creation, compliance requirements, variation structure, product uploads, and coordination with internal teams for marketplace readiness.
Amazon Advertising
Assist with or manage Amazon advertising campaigns depending on experience level.
For qualified candidates, responsibilities may include Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, keyword research, bid adjustments, budget management, campaign structure, reporting, and ongoing optimization to improve sales, ACoS, TACoS, and profitability.
Marketplace Optimization
Monitor listing performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic, conversion rate, search ranking, product visibility, and sales performance.
Inventory & FBA Coordination
Monitor Amazon inventory levels, help prevent stockouts, and coordinate with internal operations teams to support FBA replenishment, inbound shipments, and international fulfillment needs.
Promotions & Growth Initiatives
Assist with Amazon deals, coupons, promotions, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other sales-driving initiatives across domestic and international accounts.
Customer Experience & Reviews
Monitor product reviews, customer feedback, account health issues, and marketplace notifications. Escalate product, listing, or service concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
Reporting & Analysis
Track key performance metrics including sales, inventory, traffic, conversion rate, advertising performance, account health, ranking, profitability, and marketplace growth opportunities.
Compliance
Help ensure listings, product details, images, claims, pricing, and marketplace activity remain compliant with Amazon policies and international marketplace requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, operations, product development, creative, and warehouse teams to support Amazon growth and marketplace execution.
QualificationsRequired
1+ year of hands‑on experience working with Amazon Seller Central
Experience creating, maintaining, or optimizing Amazon product listings
Experience with Amazon storefronts, Brand Store updates, or A+ Content
Understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword strategy, and listing best practices
Familiarity with FBA, inventory management, replenishment, and inbound shipment workflows
Experience or strong familiarity with placing products into international Amazon marketplaces
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting, and performance data
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite in Costa Mesa, CA
Preferred
Experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, ACoS, TACoS, keyword bidding, and campaign optimization
Experience launching products into international Amazon channels such as UK, EU, Canada, or Australia
Familiarity with VAT, international listing compliance, currency considerations, and cross-border marketplace operations
Experience with consumer products, apparel, bags, accessories, fitness, or lifestyle brands
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, e-commerce, or a related field
