If you're a designer who combines strong creative instincts with strategic thinking and builds visually compelling brand experiences across digital, ecommerce, social, and print, within the fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or DTC space, we'd love to connect!

What we're looking for
You have a portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design, elevated aesthetics, and an understanding of how creative drives brand engagement. Whether you've spent your career in‑house or at a creative agency, you're comfortable balancing brand consistency with fresh, innovative thinking.

Ideal Background

2–6+ years of professional graphic design experience

Fashion, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, lifestyle, wellness, luxury, retail, or DTC brand experience

Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills

Experience designing for both digital and print production

A polished online portfolio showcasing consumer‑facing brand work

Strong typography, composition, and layout design

Elevated brand aesthetics

Digital campaign creative, including paid social, display, email, and ecommerce assets

Attention to detail and production‑ready files for packaging, retail, or print collateral (where applicable)

Ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple channels

Work that demonstrates an understanding of today's consumer, current design trends, and premium brand standards
