Job Description
The Central Marketing Support Coordinator provides centralized operational and coordination support to four senior leaders within the Central Marketing Organization, including the VP of Digital Experience Management, VP of Global Brand Strategy, VP of Global Pricing, and VP of Launch Excellence and Insights. This position combines executive support, marketing coordination, and AI-enabled content preparation to improve the speed, quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Central Marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience utilizing AI-powered tools to draft, summarize, organize, and streamline information while adhering to ethical and compliant AI practices.

Responsibilities

Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for Central Marketing VPs

Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure materials are distributed on time

Support executive-level priorities in a fast-paced, global environment

Utilize approved AI tools to draft summaries, communications, and business documents

Develop and maintain reusable prompts that improve consistency and efficiency

Leverage AI tools to identify patterns, risks, opportunities, and workflow improvements

Automate recurring tasks and deliverables where appropriate

Maintain organized folder structures, templates, and version control within Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

Build and manage a library of AI prompts, templates, and outputs

Ensure information is accessible, accurate, and consistently maintained

Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment

Track action items through completion and elevate risks when necessary

Support marketing and operational initiatives with a focus on quality, speed, and consistency

Assist with preparation of executive-ready communications, summaries, and presentation materials

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered

1–3 years of relevant experience in executive support, administrative support, marketing coordination, or operations support

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent written communication and documentation skills

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Ability to collaborate effectively across digital work environments

Additional Qualifications

Experience utilizing AI-powered tools for drafting, summarizing, organizing, and streamlining information

Ability to maintain structured documentation, templates, and version control processes

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Ability to support multiple senior leaders and priorities simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting senior leaders

Experience working within a global, matrixed organization

Exposure to marketing, digital, or commercial business environments

Familiarity with AI tools for content drafting, summarization, and organization

Ability to apply AI tools responsibly to improve business outcomes
