Position Profile
As the Internal Communications Specialist on the Culture Transformation team, you will shape how employees experience communication at Weaver. Partnering with People Operations, firm leaders, and stakeholders, you will develop thoughtful, engaging communications that inform, inspire, and strengthen our culture.

What You’ll Do

Develop, write, edit, and manage internal communications such as firm‑wide announcements, newsletters, executive messages, leadership communications, and employee updates.

Partner with leaders across the firm to understand communication needs and craft messaging aligned with business priorities and culture.

Create presentation materials and executive talking points for leadership meetings and firm‑wide events.

Manage and continuously improve SharePoint intranet content, ensuring information remains accurate and relevant.

Own the internal communication calendar, coordinating timing with People Operations and other teams.

Recommend strategies that improve employee awareness, engagement, and understanding of key initiatives.

Analyze communication performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Support employee engagement and culture initiatives by developing communication plans and promotional content.

Utilize tools such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint, ContactMonkey, Canva, Monday.com, and related platforms to create and distribute content.

Stay informed on firm priorities, changes, and initiatives to proactively identify communication opportunities.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

At least 2 years of professional experience in internal communications, corporate communications, employee communications, public relations, marketing communications, or a related field.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable interacting with stakeholders virtually and in person across the firm.

Highly organized and detail‑oriented.

Proficiency with computer software, including the Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting executive or leadership communications.

Experience in a professional services or corporate environment.

Experience developing communication strategies that support employee engagement, organizational change, or culture initiatives.

Experience with SharePoint, ContactMonkey (or similar), Canva, and Microsoft Copilot.
