Position Summary:

As the Senior PM‑T for Promos and Advertising within the Media Supply Chain, you will serve as a key contributor and thought leader for how WBD will scale the promotion and advertising needs across DTC and linear lines of business. You will work with Media Supply Chain engineering, Product Management, Media Logistics, Content Operations, and stakeholders to define the strategy and build the platforms to create cutting‑edge workflows for the acquisition, enrichment, and distribution of WBD’s content to a global audience of hundreds of millions.

Responsibilities:

  • As the primary interface with a wide stakeholder group, you identify use cases, prioritize the business’s needs, and drive successful implementation and adoption with operational teams.
  • Using excellent written and verbal communication skills, you produce product artifacts (PRFAQs, Requirements, Jira, Status reports, and Product presentations) that are clear and concise, driving toward north‑star strategy, vision, and OKRs while also solving for short‑term business objectives to scale the use of promotional and advertising materials across our lines of business.
  • Working with production management teams, operations, media logistics, marketing, and merchandising teams to conceive, resource, and build features that simplify workflows and enable rapid global expansion, with a “hands off the wheel” approach.
  • Engaging with engineering teams within Media Supply Chain and the Global Video Platform to build alignment around a vision for WBD’s in‑house media supply chain platform and drive adoption across WBD’s internal tools.
  • Successfully iterating and improving upon the tools described above to enable Warner Bros. Discovery to rapidly improve its slate of existing and upcoming digital products around the world.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience collaborating with software engineering teams to deliver complex initiatives spanning multiple teams under deadline pressure.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or experience in a related technical field.
  • Ideal candidates have familiarity with inventory management and have worked with marketing teams to understand their strategies and can articulate their requirements to technical teams.
  • You have experience working on international media usage requirements such as localization and country‑specific requirements.
  • You have a deep understanding of media workflows, content management systems, and direct‑to‑consumer services, and you take pride in knowing where the industry is going next.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and are comfortably working with engineering teams and presenting your team’s work to executive leadership at all levels.
  • You take a phased approach to delivering software; iteration is in your nature.

  • Experience working with advertising tech and workflows.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $119,700.00 - $222,300.00 per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards. Warner Bros.
