Required Skills
Mandatory skills: UX Writer with experience in product requirements, design decisions, brand guidelines and accessibility.

Minimum years of experience: 12+ years in required skills; Overall work experience required: 12+ years.

Domain: Ok with any domain experience.

Certification: None required.

Responsibilities

Understand and interpret product requirements, design decisions and elicit feedback across various audiences

Execute on content strategy for our consumer and institutional products in support of larger organizational goals and objectives

Create clear and concise content while applying UX best practices, brand guidelines and accessibility standards

Ensure the content uses proper voice and tone

Collaborate with designers, product managers/owners, business analysts, developers, marketing and business stakeholders to create content that educates, motivates and empowers users

Provide content of varying fidelity to our product designers to facilitate iterative design

Produce documentation that facilitates publishing or content implementation, such as copy decks, messaging frameworks or content models

Collaborate with the content strategy team to evolve our product style guide

Support our design system by providing content guidelines for components and patterns as needed
