Job Title: Program Manager
Location: Falls Church, VA
Duration: Full-Time

Duties/Tasks

The PMP candidate will develop, manage and document SPIDR system, application and data requirements.

The successful candidate manages activities relating to the gathering of requirements, project initiation, project tracking and maintaining IT standards.

The selected person must have strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions.

The ability to prioritize work effectively and address issues in a timely manner is essential.

Experience

Must have a minimum of six years direct experience as a PMP within a gov't sector (preferably the US Navy)

Secret Clearance or Eligible for Secret Clearance

Knowledge and background in Sailor Performance Improvement and Development Resource (SPIDR) program.

Required Skills

Skills Improvement: Ability to enhance the skills and readiness of Navy personnel through various educational opportunities.

Bachelors degree (preferred in Healthcare)
