Mancan Staffing is seeking a Social Media Manager/Content Creator in Mansfield, Ohio. This is not a remote position! The right person for the job would need to be comfortable filming around heavy equipment.

This local manufacturer is looking for a creative, data‑driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to keep their brand in the spotlight. If you have a sharp eye for aesthetics, a pulse on trending audio, and a passion for community building, we want you on our team!

The Role
You will own our digital presence from end to end. This means brainstorming viral concepts, shooting, and editing high‑quality video/photo content, managing publishing schedules, and engaging with our community across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1‑3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation (portfolio/links to past work required).

Skills: Proficiency in mobile videography, photo editing, and creative apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Vibe: Highly creative, culturally aware of current internet trends, and an excellent storyteller.

Compensation
Pay range is 50k‑60k based on experience.
