Software Applications Developer
Candidate Profile:

At least 2 years of working experience in software companies

Passion for developing quality software in a timeless manner

Strong demonstrated experience working within disciplined software development approaches, including test‑driven development, refactoring, and object-oriented analysis/design

Very good knowledge of the latest technologies and toolkits

Good command of the English language

Activities typically will include:

Establishing a detailed program specification through discussion with candidate users

Clarifying precisely what actions the program is intended to perform

Breaking down program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into a programming language

Devising possible solutions to predicted problems, evaluating other options

Working as part of a team, which may be established purely for a particular project, to write a specific section of the program

Combining all elements of the program design and testing it

Testing sample data sets to check that output from the program works as intended
