Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Full‑time, 40 hours per week

$20.25 per hour, based on performance and experience + Bonus + Incentive

Responsibilities

Develop clear, easy‑to‑follow training materials that support employees across the organization.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations, Branching VPs, and subject matter experts to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Simplify processes, streamline workflows and increase consistency across the organization.

Create and maintain training materials such as training aids, videos, presentations, and other learning resources.

Regularly review and update training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with current systems, policies and procedures.

Identify areas where employees may experience confusion or inconsistency and develop content to address those gaps.

Comply with all regulations as required by law.

Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Experience with training, coaching or developing others.

Strong written communication skills with high level of attention to detail.

Ability to develop creative and engaging content that enhances the training experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments.
