The recent launch of Ready‑to‑Heat Cups illustrates how we are leveraging Unilever technologies and market‑making capabilities.
The Innovation End-to-End Assistant Brand Manager reports to the Senior Innovation Brand Manager and will shape how Knorr is perceived by consumers, evolving the portfolio in the next few years and building a compelling long‑term innovation funnel within the Meal Makers and Cups categories.
What You’ll Do
Your every day job will involve strategic thinking and crafting, deeply understanding consumer jobs, pains and gains, creating brilliant concepts, and developing products with breakthrough technologies and formats that deliver superior benefits.
You will engage cross‑functional teams, including R&D, Supply Chain, Category Management, and Finance, and often work with external partners such as research agencies, design agencies, and global flavor experts.
The scope of this role focuses on the U.S., partnering with local and global teams to co‑create Knorr’s big bet innovations within Meal Makers and Cups for 2026‑2027 from concept through execution.
Lead and own creative campaign development for your innovation projects.
Lead and own assigned innovation projects across multiple stages, including strategy, concept development, pricing, P&L creation, forecasting, and go‑to‑market creative development.
Partner with sales to develop compelling selling stories for your innovations, rooted in category growth strategy.
Bring the best‑in‑class trends, technologies, and competitive products to each project.
Own and manage the innovation budget and resources allocated.

What you Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred with 3+ years of experience in Brand or CPG marketing.
A creative mindset, excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Has a real passion for innovation, crafting mixes that excite consumers.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills; ability to tailor your communication style across diverse disciplines and leadership levels.
Experience leading or working with large teams, building rapport, and influencing cross‑functional and global partners.
Strong track record of successful product launches.
Foodie/Nutrition literacy coupled with an eye for aesthetic, design, and attention to detail.
Comfortable using data throughout the role, turning consumer and social insights into strategy and building viable financial models.

Compensation
Pay:
$88,600 to $133,000.
Bonus:
This position is bonus eligible.
LTI:
This position is LTI eligible.
