Digital Commerce Specialist- Amazon

Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a talented Digital Commerce Specialist, Amazon, to assist in all aspects of Amazon site merchandising, product management, and sales analysis. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and interested in growing our e-commerce business. You will work with the team to help create a seamless online shopping experience and support initiatives that contribute to revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

The Digital Commerce Specialist will help create an exceptional Amazon shopping experience and drive the holistic site strategy using customer insights and data to tell a cohesive story.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Assistant Manager on all day-to-day oversight of Amazon. This includes product catalog maintenance, onsite merchandising, and overall site monitoring
Ensure store product offerings are optimized through sales analysis and competitive research
Conduct store QA and work with development team to resolve any issues.
Stay up to date with emerging e-commerce trends with market research, best practices, and ensure the brand remains competitive in the online marketplace
QUALIFICATIONS:

1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce merchandising role, preferably Amazon 1P/3P
General understanding of Amazon platform
Salsify experience a plus or other PIM platforms
Basic Excel knowledge
Knowledge of the retail or beauty industry a plus
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

The anticipated compensation range is
21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
