Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Media Buyer role based in El Monte, CA. The Media Buyer will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing advertising inventory across digital and traditional channels to meet client objectives and maximize return on investment. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include analyzing audience data and performance metrics, building and optimizing media plans, executing buys, and monitoring campaign delivery against KPIs and budgets. The role involves collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, preparing clear reports and insights, and recommending adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness. The Media Buyer will also stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and competitive activity to inform media strategy and buying decisions.

Qualifications

Strong Media Buying skills with hands‑on experience executing and optimizing campaigns across relevant channels.

Proficiency in Media Planning and Media Strategy to translate marketing goals into effective, budget‑conscious media plans.

Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and make data‑informed recommendations.

Clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients.

Familiarity with advertising platforms, tracking tools, and basic campaign reporting dashboards.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
