Photography, Video & Storytelling Volunteer

Join SANANDOME, INC., a U.S. registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and help tell stories that inspire hope, generosity, and lasting change.
As a Photography, Video & Storytelling Volunteer, you will help capture and share the impact of SANANDOME's humanitarian work through compelling visual content and inspiring stories. Your work will support fundraising campaigns, volunteer recruitment, community outreach, and programs such as our "Backpacks of Hope" campaign for children with special needs living along the Dominican–Haitian border.
Responsibilities
Create and edit photos, short videos, and visual content for social media and fundraising campaigns.
Write inspiring stories, testimonials, and success stories that highlight the impact of SANANDOME's programs.
Assist in creating content for GoFundMe, newsletters, presentations, and the organization's website.
Help maintain a digital library of photos, videos, and campaign materials.
Collaborate with the Social Media and Fundraising teams to produce engaging content.
Support storytelling efforts that honor the dignity, privacy, and diversity of the communities we serve.
Qualifications
Passion for humanitarian work and helping children.
Interest in photography, videography, storytelling, journalism, communications, or digital media.
Basic experience with photo or video editing is helpful but not required.
Creative, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Strong written communication skills are a plus.
Time Commitment
Flexible schedule (3–8 hours per week).
Location
Remote – Volunteers are welcome from anywhere in the world.
