NMSU Conference Services is seeking a People Relations Consultant to serve as a resource for NMSU employees. This full-time position involves managing employee relations activities, including workplace investigations and advising on disciplinary actions.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s Degree with 4 years of experience or a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience. The role requires working in the office at the Las Cruces campus.
