What You’ll Do
Maintain Accurate Documentation: Record maintenance activities, inspection results, and reliability metrics in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Monitor Equipment Performance: Track and analyze operational data to ensure machinery runs within optimal parameters, reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures before they occur.
Support Reliability Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to develop strategies that enhance equipment reliability and extend asset life.
Troubleshoot and Repair Issues: Respond to equipment malfunctions, diagnose root causes, and implement corrective actions to restore functionality quickly.
What You’ll Need
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Ability to work a 12-hour rotating shift which may include weekends and holidays.
Must have intermediate skills with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
Use math and knowledge of the job to determine if product is within specs.
Capable to perform the physical requirements of the job (lift 35-50 lbs.).
Experience with QMOS, and SAP Preferred.
Your Education
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Associates degree in instrumentation, electronics or mechatronics program from a Technical Trade School preferred.
