Key Responsibilities
Lead HCP personal promotions strategy for launch of Viaskin Peanut, including end-to-end development, PRC submission, and lifecycle management of personal HCP promotional toolkit (visual aids, detail aids, leave-behinds, rep-triggered approved emails, clinical training materials, objection-handling guides).
Oversee field materials supply chain: print production, inventory management, fulfillment vendor relationships, distribution logistics, and material obsolescence/recall.
Lead non-personal promotion (NPP) channels targeting HCPs: digital display, programmatic, journal ads, direct mail, HQ emails, and sponsored programming.
Develop and manage annual HCP media plan (channel mix, audience targeting, budget allocation, flight scheduling).
Own HCP-facing web content strategy and day-to-day management of professional website, microsites, and gated portals.
Develop/manage HCP journey maps and omni-channel contact strategies; implement trigger-based sequences and next-best-action logic in CRM/marketing automation.
Develop HCP promotional content for POA meetings; manage TBM promotional material certification with Sales Training.
Manage agency of record relationships (advertising, digital, media), including SOWs, timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Communications, or related field (required); MBA/advanced degree (preferred).
7+ years pharma/biotech commercial experience with 3+ years HCP marketing.
Hands‑on experience developing personal and/or NPP HCP promotional materials.
Deep knowledge of FDA promotional regulations, fair balance requirements, and PRC review processes; PhRMA Code; MLR/PRC processes.
Experience with field materials supply chains/print production/fulfillment; advertising and digital agency management.
Preferred: omni-channel HCP marketing or CRM‑driven contact strategy; launch‑stage biotech/specialty pharma; sales/sales management.
Proficient with Veeva Vault (or comparable); HCP media planning and digital platforms (programmatic, display, journal digital); CRM/marketing automation
ext-best-action tools.

Salary range: $190k–$220k
