Job Description
Performance Media Trading Manager role with US In-House Media team, supporting the Native business within the North America division. Responsible for implementing digital media strategies and executing social and programmatic media campaigns, including audience and inventory strategy and ongoing optimizations to achieve investment goals.

Location: Cincinnati, OH or Chicago, IL (In the Loop).

Responsibilities

Develop social and programmatic tactical plans, create audiences, set up campaigns, execute, tag and traffic assets, and report across channels.

Monitor campaign pacing, manage delivery and performance to meet brand KPIs, and recommend ongoing optimizations.

Measure campaign impact using quantitative and qualitative metrics.

Provide weekly pacing and performance updates with recommendations.

Present campaign recaps and insights to strategic planners and brand teams.

Understand the category media model, media plans, and the role of social and programmatic campaigns, and contribute to the category’s digital strategy.

Collaborate with the media team and agencies to ensure accurate buy inputs into Prisma and other tools, QA campaigns, and flag issues.

Maintain detailed optimization notes and identify cross‑tactic opportunities.

Keep partner relationships, stay current on platform updates, bugs, trainings, and raise improvement opportunities.

Work with the full media team on strategy and experiments to evolve digital media approaches.

Serve as a social and programmatic media expert and thought leader.

Implement data strategy for targeting in partnership with the team and stay updated on capabilities.

Troubleshoot platform, campaign, and Ad Ops issues and resolve technical blockers.

Develop dashboards and reporting with A&I and the media team.

Train other team members in campaign strategy, management, and analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

4–5+ years of experience as a social and programmatic trader.

Experience building and optimizing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, and The Trade Desk.

Prefer experience with national clients in Consumer‑Packaged Goods or fast‑moving consumer markets.

Strong math and analytical skills.

Foundational marketing acumen.

Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to learn server‑based software and tools.

Strong interest and familiarity with full media planning and activation processes.

Can work independently and collaboratively.

Passion for media buying as a trader.

Compensation
Compensation varies by location, role, credentials, and experience. Total rewards include salary, bonus (if applicable), and benefits. Salary range is $85,000 to $122,200 per year.
