POSITION SUMMARY:
Student worker assists the office of the President by assisting the Public Relations director/Executive Assistant to the President.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in preparation for chapel and faculty/staff meetings
Assist PR director in daily activities
Connect with campus departments to gather information for promotion of University events
Craft and post relevant and important information via press releases and student achievement posts
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Must be enrolled as a student at Bob Jones University
Good record with Student Life
Basic knowledge of WordPress helpful
Polished communication skills including attention to grammar
