Pipeline Theory is looking for an Events and Promotions Assistant to help deliver live events and promotional campaigns across Columbus, Ohio — and honestly, personality matters more to us than your resume. This events assistant role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and fully trained.

Your week might include setting up a pop‑up promotion in the morning, welcoming attendees and representing a national brand in the afternoon, and wrapping up with the team comparing sign‑up numbers over pizza. No two events are the same, and that’s the point.

We’ll teach you everything: event delivery, customer engagement, promotions strategy. What we can’t teach is reliability, energy, and a genuine enjoyment of face‑to‑face interaction — so that’s what we hire for.
