Marketing And Promotions Assistant

We are hiring a Marketing & Promotions Assistant to support retail-based marketing campaigns in the Independence, OH area. This role focuses on customer engagement, brand awareness, promotional support, and face-to-face sales inside partnered retail locations and local event settings. This is a great opportunity for someone who is outgoing, professional, and looking to build experience in marketing, sales, customer relations, and leadership.

Responsibilities

Represent client brands professionally inside retail partner locations

Assist with daily promotional campaigns and in-store marketing events

Speak with customers about current products, services, and promotions

Answer customer questions and provide helpful product information

Support customer sign-ups, product education, and campaign goals

Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional promotional area

Work with team leaders to improve communication, sales, and leadership skills

Qualifications

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable working face-to-face with customers

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, or marketing experience is helpful but not required

Must be able to work on-site in the Independence/Cleveland area
