About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Total Rewards to lead the global strategy, design, and execution of compensation, benefits, executive compensation, and equity programs. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the total rewards programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the business strategy and performance. The successful candidate will be a strategic advisor to the executive team, using compensation, equity, and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain talent in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving market. Responsibilities include developing and deploying innovative reward strategies, leading the global total rewards strategy, and overseeing the design and administration of executive compensation and equity programs. The role demands a leader with a strong executive presence, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and a deep expertise in executive compensation, global compensation architecture, and long-term incentive design.

Candidates for the Vice President of Total Rewards position at the company should have 10-15 years' of experience in total rewards, with a focus on executive compensation and global compensation. Essential requirements include a Bachelor's degree, advanced degree preferred, and a proven track record in leveraging compensation and equity programs to attract and retain talent.
