The Company is in search of a Vice President for Hospitality and Commercial Outlets to lead the strategic and operational aspects of its earned-revenue portfolio. This role is pivotal in connecting exceptional guest experiences with strong financial performance, ensuring that all guest-facing outlets, including food and beverage, retail, events, and third-party partnerships, operate with the quality, creativity, and discipline that align with the company's mission and brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, overseeing the performance of various business lines, and contributing to long-term planning initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading the overall hospitality and commercial strategy, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience is required, with a strong background in multi-unit operations and managing diverse revenue streams. Strong financial acumen, experience in managing P&Ls, budgets, and performance metrics, and a commitment to fostering an inclusive, mission-driven work environment are essential.
