Responsibilities
- The Sales Director will be responsible for generating and managing leads to qualify prospects and guide them through the transition of moving into their new home.
- You will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Marketing & Sales to create a cutting‑edge, strategic marketing plan.
- Your goal is to achieve your budgeted occupancy targets.
- Create trust and connect with prospective residents and their families through phone calls and tours of the community.
- Implement ways to increase occupancy and meet targeted occupancy goals.
- Work together with your team to execute events that draw prospects to the community.
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in senior living.
- Results‑driven and goal‑oriented.
- Previous experience in marketing & sales, 5+ years.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer systems and programs.
- Organization and diligence in creative follow‑up of prospects.
