About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Head of Reserving to join their team. The successful candidate will be a proactive Actuary, designated FCAS, with over 15 years' actuarial experience, particularly in commercial casualty and/or reinsurance. This role is pivotal in leading the governance and reporting function within the reserving team, with a focus on enhancing the stability of reserving outputs and driving the transformation and automation of reporting processes. Strong, hands-on reserving experience is essential, as is a solid background in leadership and team management. Familiarity with Solvency II and a deep understanding of financial reporting processes are also key requirements, with experience in ResQ being a plus.
