Rally Strategies is hiring an entry-level Promotional Event Assistant to support live promotional campaigns across Kansas City. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll assist with in-person events while helping drive sales conversations and brand engagement.

This position offers hands‑on experience in event marketing, customer interaction, and direct sales. As you grow your skills and performance, you’ll have opportunities to take on larger campaign responsibilities and progress into sales, event coordination, or leadership roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with the setup, execution, and breakdown of live promotional events

Engage directly with customers to explain products, services, and promotions

Support sales conversations and help drive event-based sales

Represent client brands professionally in public-facing environments

Gather customer feedback and report event performance insights

Maintain a high level of energy, professionalism, and consistency throughout events
