Position Details

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Marketing Events

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Expected start date: June 2026 – End date: June 2027

Employment type: Limited Full Time (Student)

Travel requirement: 0–10%

Responsibilities
The Intern will support the Marketing Content and Engagement team in promoting and executing global third‑party events, as well as the user community event in Las Vegas, October 2026.

Assist with event execution, including show floor setup, breakout sessions, and special programs.

Handle administrative tasks such as weekly updates and back‑end processes.

Collaborate closely with the communications lead and content lead to ensure alignment and execution of all tasks.

Support the communications strategy through website updates and organization of content for the web team.

Compile weekly marketing leadership reports by pulling content from multiple sources.

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who take initiative, persevere, and remain curious. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, self‑structured, and has a background in marketing.

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Exposure to social media and understanding of pull marketing.

Understanding of the role of events in a marketing mix.

Strong customer/user‑focused mindset.

Self‑motivated with a proactive approach.

Comfortable in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and willing to travel if needed.
