About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of eCommerce to take on a pivotal leadership role in centralizing and driving the eCommerce function. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end digital business performance, with a focus on accelerating digital growth and enhancing the online customer experience. This includes owning the eCommerce channel and digital growth strategy, leading the online customer experience across various platforms, and developing and executing growth initiatives. The role also involves managing site merchandising activities, overseeing daily storefront operations, and driving conversion optimization through data-driven strategies. The Head of eCommerce will be a key figure in aligning cross-functional teams and will be expected to have a strong background in eCommerce, particularly in DTC or digitally led retail business.

Applicants for the Head of eCommerce position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and at least 8 years of eCommerce experience. A minimum of 3 years in a senior leadership role with a proven track record in revenue growth and digital performance is required. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of eCommerce operations, analytics, and customer acquisition strategies, as well as strong expertise in eCommerce platforms and UX/UI principles. Skills in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and a customer-centric mindset are essential. The role demands a strategic leader with a hands-on approach, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
