The mission of The Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Washington is to spread the light of the Gospel of Jesus Chris to the world. In the pursuit of this mission, the archdiocese is seeking a School Admissions, Marketing and Office Manager.

The duties for this role will include:

Admissions and Marketing
Recruitment and Outreach

Prepare strategic plan with admissions and marketing strategies to present to the Head of School and periodic follow-on reports on relevant data.

Represent our school at visits, school fairs, and community events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local grade schools, counselors, and community partners.

Serve as primary contact for prospective students and families throughout the entire admissions process from initial contact to enrollment and provide status reports to the Head of School.

Conduct follow-up communication to guide families from inquiry through enrollment.

Campus Visits and Events

Coordinate and host shadow days, tours, and campus visits

Plan and execute admissions events (Open House, Accepted Student Events, etc.)

Collaborate with faculty, staff, and student ambassadors to ensure a positive visitor experience

Application Review and Enrollment

Support the review of applications and participate in admissions discussions

Track applicant data and enrollment trends

Maintain accurate records in the admissions database

Communication and Relationship Management

Provide timely, professional, and personalized communication with prospective families.

Support email campaigns, follow-up outreach, and enrollment communications.

Work collaboratively with the Financial Aid staff to support families navigating tuition and aid.

Partner with faculty, coaches, and program directors to highlight student opportunities.

Engage current students and parent ambassadors in the admissions process.

Support broader school initiative that contributes to recruitment and retention.

Plan for, create and deploy digital activities: website, online campaigns, email marketing, social media and digital content production.

Manage all aspects of the school’s print and digital communications, ensuring the continuity of the school’s brand and logo. Publicize events, programs, points of view and achievement to the media.

Photograph or manage photographers at relevant events.

Office Management

Answering telephone calls and welcoming guests to the office.

Typing, handling correspondence and document preparation.

Assist with some minor financial processes

Assist with human resources and employee onboarding requirements

Assist with projects working with school leadership and staff

Assist with coordination of volunteers

Other office duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

2-5 years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, education, or related field preferred

A minimum 3 years of experience in Communications or Marketing, preferably in a non-profit or educational environment

Must have experience supporting the development and execution of a marketing and communications plan, employing strategic decision-making skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with students and families

Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

High degree of integrity, discretion, and trustworthiness

Comfort with public speaking and representing the school in various settings

Familiarity with FACTS preferred

The salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000.
