They bridge the gap between a company's marketing team and the public, acting as brand ambassadors to generate buzz and interact directly with consumers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Engage directly with the public, distribute promotional items, run contests, and present tailored product or service solutions.

Execution: Plan, coordinate, and staff promotional booths, pop-up tents, and stations. This includes setting up and breaking down marketing materials and troubleshooting equipment on the fly.

Administrative Support: Track marketing metrics, compile reports for the sales or marketing team, manage promotional databases, and assist with prize fulfillment.

Material Development: Help create advertising brochures, draft digital copy for online contests, and assist in managing social media accounts.
