3D Room Artist

The 3D Room Artist will be responsible for building photorealistic room models of interior spaces that are schematically and architecturally accurate.

A day in the life as a 3D Artist...

Create room architecture through detailed 3D visualizations which includes floor plans, perspective interiors, and elevations that are schematically accurate and photorealistic.

Manage design projects on a daily basis by updating CRM tracker with project status, communicating daily with internal/external on the design journey.

Meet service level KPIs, such as response time for room model building and revisions.

Support design service project overflow with the potential of direct contact with store customers.

Assist in preparing renderings and other presentation materials.

Partner with leadership to onboard and knowledge share when orienting new design service associates, as a subject matter expert.

Ability to collaborate with peers, design counterparts and partner groups to ensure project design continuity across all areas of focus.

Perform other duties, as assigned.

We'd love to hear from you if you have...

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in architecture or interior design

3D modeling experience required with an emphasis in modeling of Interior Architecture.

Interior design/architectural experience with residential project experience along with Interior Exterior Architectural Design and Rendering, preferred

Computer skills and working knowledge of the following software: Autodesk, Revit, Autocad, 3DS Max or Maya, Photoshop
