Job Summary Nordson Test & Inspection seeks an experienced B2B marketing professional to drive market research, product marketing, event coordination, digital communications, and PR/advertising initiatives for technical products.
Responsibilities Market Research : Manage, review, distill, and house secondary research on market dynamics, trends, and forecasts. Execute customer‑focused primary research, including Net Promoter Score surveys.
Product Marketing : Collaborate with Product Lifecycle Managers to develop positioning and value propositions. Create product and portfolio marketing presentations, case studies, application stories, testimonials, and white papers in partnership with subject‑matter experts and marketing communications.
Event Coordination : Lead planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, events, and sales meetings. Oversee booth structure, graphics, signage, show services, and collateral. Manage logistics, shipping owners, and post‑event lead tracking in C4C.
Digital Communications : Develop and execute online campaigns. Produce web postings, newsletters, blog content, and social media posts. Maintain conference and event web portals and collaborate on website initiatives with IT support.
PR, Editorial and Advertising : Organize media planning with agencies, lead PR initiatives, coordinate editorial opportunities with publishers, and manage advertising efforts with publishers and agencies.
Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in electronics, semiconductors, or industrial equipment.
Preferred Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of technical products and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually with a bonus target of 3%. Benefits include medical, prescription, vision, dental, health savings account, 401(k), life insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and 16 hours of paid volunteer time per calendar year. Matching gifts program available.
Working Conditions and Physical Demands Office environment. Duties may require occasional travel up to 25% of the time.
Travel Requirements Estimated travel of 25%.
