Leading the strategy and optimization of paid search campaigns, the full-time Senior SEM Analyst will manage a diverse portfolio of clients while mentoring junior team members in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities

Implement, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns, with potential expansion into display and other paid media channels
Conduct advanced keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy
Analyze campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

5+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, focusing on paid search
Strong expertise in Google Ads, including campaign strategy, optimization, and reporting
Google Ads Certification (Search required; Display preferred)
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, preferably in an agency setting
Proven ability to mentor or train team members
