Overview
Accelerate cloud computing adoption at the Enterprise level for U.S. Intelligence and Defense organizations through compelling proposal writing, content creation, and technical storytelling on AWS. (USA, VA, Herndon)

Key Responsibilities

Identify, write, and manage content for RFx responses and related customer/partner inquiries.

Craft proposal narratives that synthesize existing content with new inputs from subject‑matter experts.

Own proposal content development for distinct RFx sections from ideation to final review.

Gather, organize, and synthesize information from diverse AWS stakeholders (sales, engineering, solutions architecture, etc.).

Participate in proposal solutioning and strategy development sessions and guide content development.

Curate, grow, and update the team library of approved content to maximize reuse effectiveness.

Review final documents for editing and content completeness.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to proposal content development.

Ensure documents meet compliance requirements, align with sales objectives, and encourage government customers to adopt AWS Cloud.

Security Clearance Requirement
Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Required Qualifications

Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.

Experience presenting to both technical and non‑technical executive audiences.

Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

5+ years of professional or military experience.

5+ years of Go‑To‑Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.

Bachelor's degree.

Current, active U.S. Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years working with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking).

Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or related field, or PMP certificate.

Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.

Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.

Experience using analytical tools for workforce metrics and reporting.

Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $147,900.00–$200,100.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
