Store Leader & Athlete Experience Champion

DICK’S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking a store leader to enhance the athlete experience, coach teammates, and drive loyalty engagement.
You will deliver fast, friendly checkout and build lasting athlete relationships while upholding merchandising standards and promoting programs. Partner with Store Manager to develop 30–60–90 day plans, manage staffing and budgeting, and lead onboarding, coaching, and performance reviews.
