Vice President - Marketing

POSITION OVERVIEW:Hussey Seating Company is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Marketing to shape and lead our marketing strategy across both direct commercial sales and an established dealer network during our next phase of continued growth. This role will elevate marketing from a functional capability to a strategic growth engine through scalable, data-driven initiatives, while ensuring current marketing programs are implemented and goals are successfully met.The Vice President of Marketing will shape and lead a high impact Marketing team that will work cross-functionally to define market positioning, strengthen HSC’s competitive advantage and brand equity, design and execute go-to-market product launches and accelerate revenue.This role will serve as a key member of the Senior Team, partnering closely with Sales, Product Development, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to translate business priorities into measurable growth outcomes.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and execute a multi-year strategic marketing roadmap aligned with revenue, share, and profitability goalsOwn end-to-end marketing strategy, from vision and roadmap to operational deliveryDefine differentiated market positioning and value propositions that strengthen brand and market leadershipMeasurably increase pipeline, revenue growth, and customer value across both direct and dealer channelsUse data to inform investment decisions, segmentation, and growth strategy in alignment with business goals, performance and ROIUnderstand end-user needs and dealer landscape to build a best-in-class market insights capabilityEstablish KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue, and marketing ROITranslate data, trends, and competitive intelligence into strategic actionEnsure consistent messaging, campaigns, and customer experience across direct sales and dealer channelsCreate new product roadmap, including launches, pricing, and GTM strategyOrchestrate cross-functional execution with Product Development, Sales, Finance, and OperationsIncrease dealer productivity and channel effectivenessDevelop sales tools, case studies, and competitive positioningMap the full buying and specification journeyAnticipate shifts in market dynamics and serve as a strategic advisor to the Senior Team on growth, positioning, and market intelligenceEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:Required:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience7-10+ years leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing strategic marketing organizationDemonstrated ability to lead strategic marketing transformation and deliver measurable business outcomesExpertise in operating in multi-route-to-market environmentsExperience in creating alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Dealer Networks around shared revenue objectivesAbility to work on-site in an office setting at least 80% of the work week and, at times, 100%.
